After receiving flowers, it was not what I ordered.
The flower choices & prices were better than other sites. However, I reserve final approval to see if the flowers are delivered and how they look! When I arrived at the funeral I didn't recognize the flowers delivered from me. They didn't look ANYTHING like the picture. NO bow, only 3 small purple flowers-supposed to be blue & they looked like they were dying, and the card looked like it was written by a child. You could hardly make out the names. VERY disappointed & extremely embarrassed. If it wouldn't have been in such bad taste to take pictures of flowers during a funeral, I would have taken pictures to share them. I will never order from this web site again!

My sister-in-law sent picture of roses. They looked ok but was disappointed in the color choices. I was expecting very vibrant colors - red, yellow, bright pink, etc. Most were pastel colors with a few red roses thrown into the mix.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
