The flowers were not received the day the were to be delivered and then once delivered to the hospital, they went to the room. The recepient received the flowers around 3:45pm after he had to hunt them down.

Your last minute shipping charge of 14.99 was Out Ragiest...I just recieved my flowers, had to Change Dinner Reservations to make sure flowers were delivered, could have cancelled my order, the flowers sent look DEAD, also I can show you a picture, there look NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ORDERED, for other customers safety do NOT USE THAT FLORIST any M OK RE.

I am a little confused on prices. The 3 or 4 times i have ordered flowers i have always picked an arrangement that cost $27.99 (on sale). When it shows up on the bill, it comes out regular price. One feature that i like, is the same day delivery. If you look at your records, i have ordered the same arrangement each time. Could you clarify please. Thank you, Pat Reynolds
The bouquet I received was half the size of the one in the picture. It was a deluxe selection and was the size of the smallest selection you could make.
