The same day delivery advertised was not honored and I was charged extra. I specifically chose this product on the website for the sole purpose of same day delivery and because it came with a teddy bear due to the fact it was a gift for a child but no bear was included just flower! I'd like a refund.

Had numerous excuses for not delivering on time. Six days late. Not good for mothers day. Their 24/7 phone line is a joke. Had to drive 140 miles one way to get my mother her gift.
The flowers were great but the lady which made the delivery and called to confirm the address was very rude on the phone and hung up when I asked if they would be there by 5:00.

Great service when you are not close enough to order locally. Once shipping etc. was added it seemed rather expensive for a mason jar of flowers and balloon.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
