The order was left outside the front door in the Fl heat, the chocolate candy is extremely small. I've used this site many times before and have been pleased until now.

I paid close to $50 ($15 fee + $3 for same day) and got a small bouquet with a mylar balloon. Could've spent $20 at the grocery and got better.

I placed two orders yesterday. One was delivered in great time but it was to a business so it had to be delivered within normal business hours and the other was delivered a bit on the late side of things at like 8:30 pm to a residential address. I was unsure what time of day was considered standard delivery hours for a residential location so that might be helpful info to provide on your website so I wasn't worrying about the flowers that were delivered so late. The flower order I sent to someone in Arizona was beautiful and the basket of goodies I sent to my husband in Utah were both met my expectations. Also, the residential delivery's confirmation of delivery e-mail arrived in my inbox around 5:30 pm but the delivery didn't actually arrive until 8:30 as stated above. That was a bit drastic of a gap in time so it made me worry that that delivery was delivered to the incorrect location or something along those lines. I've ordered from here before without any problems though so I'll order from them again in the future.

I called to order that SPECIAL day flowers to be delivered to my wife for her 50th birthday seeing I couldn't be there and while I was having my order taken I was put on hold and then the flowers were not delivered and when I looked for the confirmation email I found out that they never sent one. I tried for 30 minutes to contact customer service and when I did get through I was told there was NOT an order for me and that they did NOT see my email or my name or phone number. I then tried in the morning again and after another 10 minute hold they were quick to find my order which was to be sent out today instead and my email was recorded incorrect and then they had to change the delivery destination as well. I was offered a $15 gift card for my next order which probably wont happen so I was given nothing and lost not only the surprise which is priceless not to mention my time which is worth well more than $15 and if I don't use them again I received nothing. I will use a regular florist next time, thanks
The flowers were supposed to be delivered on May 17. They didnt get delivered until May 18

The recipient sent me a picture of the flowers/arrangement she received. I'm a little disappointed; it was not as good looking as the picture on the website. Also, the glass vase had raffia tied around it and the delivered arrangement had a flimsy raffia tied on.

Website a little cumbersome... Also, flowers were a little smaller than I perceived on web site photo...if measurements were there i as in too busy to see them...vase and flowers could have been taller and broader. But, my wife was still very pleased. Thank you.

The flower vase was broken and some of the leaves were broken. I request that someone from customer service call me or I will follow up myself. The flower should be resent, it was embarrassing my friend's flower came delivered like that.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
