Well the flowers came in looking just like picture and they were beautiful, but I did get my order a day later than they said it was supposed to be here which kinda sucked because it was a late Mother's Day gift and the website said they would be there on Wednesday and didn't get here until late Thursday. Also, I got charged 13$ to put a picture on the vase with a message and it came with a printed out picture taped to the vase. If I would've known that was what they were gonna do, I would've printed the picture out myself and saved that 13$ so I wouldn't recommend anybody dishing out the extra money for that option but other than that, my order came in exactly with what I ordered. I got the multi colored roses and they were absolutely stunning my mom loved them!
Always easy to order and a very user friendly site. I his particular order was a little disappointing. It was small for an upgrade and some flowers seemed spent as if they were days old. Usually the arrangements are much better.Perhaps you should consider another florist to deliver in this area.

2 of the roses are starting to die and turn brown and it was delivered yesterday. The other flowers are great tho. Overall, beautiful flowers. Just a bit disappointed with the roses.
Thought the arrangement I ordered would be fuller since I ordered the largest one under that category.
The ballon was deflated and the premium package had a quarter of the roses shown on your regular display. I am very disappointed and hope you can right this wrong doing from your company.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
