My Mother Loved the flowers
At first everything with this order was excellent. However during the delivery process there wasva tremendous amount of confusion. The foreign customer service representative I sopke with told me the delivery wasnt processed due yo a mix up with the card.Then I was told it was with the billing info then I receive a email that it was indeed sent. At this point Im furiois and demanded a refund before seeing the email and calling back again and being told it was indeed delivered.It was too confusing and disappointing not knowing for surevwhat really happened with the order or getting any real clarification that is was delivered. I did receive them and it looked like the size was wrong so the whole process was a headache.
Good service, but wish there was a place for comments to delivery person as this person gets out same day so wanted her called first so flowers didn't beat her home.

Why is there another $14.99 handling fee added on?
It was very easy and convenient but the flowers that were delivered were not as nice as the ones in the picture that I chose. Arrangement was not as pretty.
Arrangement still pretty but a little different than what was pictured. I.e. Big yellow roses and small pink ones and carnations. Got yellow lilies or something and small pink Rose's and no pink carnations. No big deal still nice. But I also expected a slightly fuller bouquet for $50 deluxe price. Still would recommend.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
