Nice tea cup choice
The service charge of $14.99 is outrageous and should have been disclosed before the final page. I am in a rush, so I am paying it, but I will not be a repeat customer. I feel cheated. Also, I was upsold without being given a conscious choice. I ordered a medium bouquet and did not notice until later that I was sold a large bouquet.
The Flowers were so beautiful and they were delivered on time. I was very satisfied with the service and will be using you again.

Beautiful arrangements and bouquets to choose from and so many it was hard to choose just one.
Website was very user-friendly. The price was good until the shipping and delivery came. That added another $15 to price. Seemed a little disingenuous. Made me want to go to Costco and buy the flowers there and take them over myself. Unfortunately I don't live in the same city. Also nothing replaces a surprise delivery! Ok. I guess the $15 was worth it. The flowers were beautiful.

Delivery time was terrible. Ordered at 8:40am and flowers were delivered 15 minutes before the close of business. Kind of defeats the purpose of sending them. You would like the person receiving them to have a bit of time to be recignized for receiving them.
