Quick n easy! Flower arrangement was not like pictured. What was received was 1/2 doz yellow roses with white generic daisies.

Previous order of a dozen rainbow roses for myself came with 5 of the 12 wilted and proved unimproved, even after your warm water suggestion = extremely disappointing.

Did not call to confirm someone would be there to receive flowers, did not ring door bell or knock to let know delivery person was there. Left flowers on sunny porch.
I would have liked to order different types of balloons being it was my grandmother's birthday and she had surgery would be nice to have multiple fields for different balloons. I would have ordered more... or have a search or add on option. First time ordering, ordered the premium and my Gradmother ZlZoVED the flowers. Will definitely order in the future
It was lovely but not the arrangement I chose. I chose pinks & white & it came red roses. My sister sent me a picture. Why have a choice picture if u aren't going to get it? Lovely but not my choice.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
