Very dissapointed and waste of money and time. Flowers ordered were bright with magenta, yellow, bright green and orange. The Flower Center on Alpha Road made an arrangement that looked nothing like what I ordered. Spent alot of money, got up early, did not deliver on time, and dissappointed with thirsty flowers. I will save my money and my time next time a d do it myself.

When placing my order, I was not able to remove the city that I live in as the delivery city. It already had Hollister, Ca and the order was for Gilroy Ca. (I live in Hollister, CA.) and I could not make the change. I figured the florist would know the street address I entered was not in Hollister. I received telephone calls from the delivery person, however, I did not recognize the number and did not accept the calls, until after various calls, I decided to answer. I noted to the delivery person that the address was in Gilroy not Hollister. I was surprised that the first call from delivery was at 3:10 p.m. I thought my order would be delivered before noon. I placed my order on Monday morning and purposely did not choose same day delivery and expected flowers to be delivered the next day, but not so late.

Delivery time was perfect, recipient was home and feeling forgotten until her surprise gift arrived. She loved everything. She 'filled in' the vase with greenery from her garden. Her little boy was ecstatic about the chocolates and stuffed animal toy.
