I wanted the flowers delivered on my friends birthday, they were delivered a week before. Other than that great service
I purchased the deluxe florist designed bouquet for a birthday present. I am pretty disappointed with the bouquet that my mom received. It looks likes a bunch of wild flowers collected from the backyard, not a professionally designed bouquet (especially for how much they cost). If the bouquet had looked nice I would have given all 5-star responses.
Personally I would have liked it a little cheaper but overall it was a great experience

An issue that I was not very happy about is the flowers that I ordered were not in stock so I had no choice but to pick a substitute the flowers that I did get was very nice just not what I wanted!

It got late & I was tired so perhaps I made a mistake somewhere but I was trying to be careful & vigilant however,
Ordering via PayPal from the UK to a Seattle, WA, USA address was not straight forward when it came to adding my billing address. I had to use the recipients USA address (not good) as mine is UK & I couldn't just type in my email address for billing instead. My email was there as well as needing a USA billing address.
I also found it deceiving with the price. Originally, it seemed great with the $10 discount and I thought I was going to pay $40 overall instead of $50, as that was what the site stated it would cost me but once I had put all of my payment details in, there was an extra $15 dollar service charge which seemed like a lot. I'm not sure if that was the delivery cost, tax or what!
I couldn't see anywhere that told me how much delivery would cost, so perhaps wrongly assumed it was free.
It would just be helpful to see all costings clearly & up front!
I would have liked to have known that this was going to be part of the overall cost before I got right to the end!
Maybe it's a British thing but we are not used to service charges especially when we are not aware that they are going to be there!

I feel your prices are deceiving. It said the bouquet I got would be $23.99 for a regular & at check out it went up to $29.99? It's taking 20% off making it $23.99 but the price is listed at is $23.99 before the 20% off.
The receiver was very pleased with the flowers.

So my issue with this company is the bate and switch mentality inflicted upon me on this last order. I was initially given a price and a discount. At the shopping cart I find that the cost of the flowers went up to offset the discount? Then I get another email when I decided not to buy that said come back and we will remove the delivery fee. Well I did and it then removed the credit I earned from a previous purchase AND after the conclusion of the order I find that AFTER I get the confirmation of delivery email that the $4.99 expedited fee for 12 NOON that it is not 12 NOON it is between 9a-6p which is NOT what I agreed to: I then called customer service and the condescending Nitwit that answered the call capped off my disappointment to ensure that I will NEVER order anything else from them again!
I am disappointed that the tulips as delivered were already drooping. Is that usual?
Also, I understand that the colors of the tulips in the original bouquet (yellow, orange, white) aren't always available, but I don't think using only purple and orange tulips adequately conveyed the sunny feeling intended.
From you flowers has a good selection and got my same day order (which was a minimal additional fee) delivered quickly.
I don't think the flowers look like the ones in the picture. They are pretty but not enough purple. I forgot that her cat eats flowers and lilies are poisonous. Her mom is a vet assistant. They threw out the lillies. My fault there.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
