Great experience, only I don't know why I have to pay 14.95 for each delivery when they are being delivered to same address at same time.
I have always been very pleased with the flowers I ordered in the past. This order did not meet up to my expectations.
1. I expected an arrangement of roses as in the past.
2.2 of the roses were broken and the baby's breath also was also broken.
I am sorry to offer these comments, but I was disappointed as we wanted to use the arrangements on our altar and we could not do as good a job as you would have.

Fast and easy to send flowers
The recipient was overjoyed! Said they were beautiful!
I was surprised by the shipping fees and didnt order but i got an email offering me free shipping so i came back and bought the flowers. Unfortunately they showed up brown and wilted as it took an additional 48 hours to original shipping date to get them. Would not order again.
My wife was ecstatic!

Efficient delivery. Flowers delivered were not those I selected on-line. Seemed like "filler" flowers replaced the expected Roses.
My flowers do not resemble the picture. The deluxe size was ordered a they arrived in a small vase with flowers you could pick out of your garden. Even paid extra for delivery before 12:00 pm and that didn't happen. Save yourself some money cause this company is gonna hit you with delivery fees and surcharges.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
