Flowers arrived on appropriate day and were 'pre-bloom' so they will last longer. Made my SIL's day!
On my last order I paid the extra $2.99 to have the flowers delivered on Saturday, but they were delivered on Friday. Now, I was charged $2.99 to have them delivered same day/weekend but they are not being delivered today or on the weekend, they are being delivered tomorrow. That is $5.98 now for something I didn't get. I am not real happy about it although it is only $5.98 but I am always happy with the flowers I send. Ok, it's a couple of days later now. I made two orders on my account. One for me personally and one for work for the same funeral service. I purchased an exotic plant, the bountiful dish garden basket, for my work paid for by Rodney Bailey with flowers in it. What we received was a basic greens basket, like your sympathy plant, with the standard funeral peace lily in it. Definitely not worth $100.00. Not happy at all with it. I would be happy to send you a picture of it. Very disappointing.

This was a last minute order for my granddaughters 13th birthday. I place the order around 1:30 pm and the flowers were delivered before 5:30 the same day! I ordered the florist choice and my granddaughter loved it! Thank you so much...from a very happy grandma.

I ordered this for my Sister and my Mother. My sister's roses were beautiful but fully open. I am concerned that they will only last a day or two. My mother's were beautiful as well but not the vibrant tricolor expected, like my sister's. They were both happy but I was disappointed. The arrangements were very nice though.
I wish it would show delivery and handling costs before the last page. The shipping and handling increases the price quite a bit - it would just be nice to know at the beginning of the process.

So dissappointed in the flowers that were delivered. My sister's horse died abruptly, and I wanted to send beautiful flowers to her. I ordered the premium Sunrise Bouquet. I knew it would not look like the picture online, but she sent me a picture and I would call it the standard bouquet at best. It had 3 yellow roses, about 10 pink daises and greenery, very dissappointing to say the least. My shopping experience was fine, but end result not so great.
Very beautiful bouquet of flowers! It put an instant smile on my friends face. Perfect gift! Delivery was so much better than I expected! No way I could get flowers to my friend on her actual birthday because I've been out of town and busy. But sure enough! She got them right before dinner when I only ordered 3 hours prior. She said delivery girl was super friendly as well. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my order and delivery!

Good... nice selection of Growers Collection... anxious to hear recipient's opinion,. Our daughter, who lives out of state, received this order of flowers for her birthday and she was surprised. The flowers were delivered on the day requested and she has sent us photos as the flowers have opened up. They are beautiful and she is quite delighted with the flowers.
