The one thing that's a negative is that I paid four dollars extra for more flowers and it doesn't appear to have as many as promised. My wife is unaware of the difference obviously as I was the one to purchase it but not completely satisfying nonetheless considering how much I paid for the order.

Ask again after delivery hope the flowers are beautiful for my 95 year old aunt

The flowers did not arrive on the date they were supposed to & were a day late. Even though I received a $2.99 refund for that is still late
I now am waiting for an order again that was promised for today for a birthday, and if it doesn't arrive by 5our building will be locked for the weekend. When and if we get them I will comment more on the next surver

The flowers were fresh, arrived on time, and were of high quality.

Flowers are beautiful. Only problem was I put for the flowers to be delivered in the afternoon but they were delivered 10:30 AM on the delivery date. Otherwise all is well.

Simple & straight forward.
Receiver of flowers very pleased & sent me a picture which was exactly what I thought I was getting.
This was a very positive experience compared to a competitor that I initially tried & aborted as the price kept increasing plus I would not have been able to get the selection that I had chosen.

Deliver charges seem to be high otherwise all good.

There were only 2 issues that bothered me, 1 it was kind of on the pricey side and 2 was how long it took for the flowers to get delivered. Overall experience was great, will I order again maybe.

Quick and easy. It was a gift and my friend was very happy when she saw it. Will definitely consider ordering from here in the future.

We love this company. Everyone that has ever received flowers have bragged on what they look like. Prices are much cheaper that the florist shops.

The order I received was very pretty and was well satisfied. The only thing that I thought was not very pretty was the plain pink ribbon look like birthday ribbon and it was not a very pretty bow but other than that everything else was perfect

This arrangement is absolutely gorgeous. The flowers are so vibrant and very fresh. I would highly recommend this.

The website did not show the different types of size orders. Other sites show the size of regular, deluxe and premium. I could not tell what size I was ordering.

Also, upon delivery...flowers were already wilting and they looks as if they were sitting in a hot car for days. They weren't as happy and perky as I had hoped when I paid a ton for them.

I was informed at the beginning that I would get a 20% discount, where is it? I needed it on this order because I won't need it later. This is my first ever ordering flowers in my life and I am 81. Probably my last ever as I can't afford it being a low income senior citizen. But my daughter loved them.

Fees are pretty high for this

The flowers were not delivered on the day I ordered them. As the day came to a close, I called FYF and was told they didn't know what happened and would call me the next day. I still haven't heard from anyone.
I won't be using FYF again, and probably not any other online florist - I've always had problems with delivery and quality of arrangement I paid for.

Very efficient delivery.
