Only thing I would recommmend is that you have price disclosed prior to filling out all info. Somewhat misleading.

The floral arrangement I ordered for my 94 yr old aunt was nothing like the picture. I fear that the same arrangement (but the deluxe version) for another person this coming Sunday will be the same issue (not anything like the picture).
I would have given 5 stars but because the arrangement was nothing like what I expected, I'm giving it 4 overall and 3 for the arrangement.

These flowers were for our daughter whom has been gravely ill and had liitle to smile about but the flowers brightened her day so much and every time she looks at them she smiles. She has made sure everyone in the facility who is able stops by to see them. The ones I ordered from you about a month ago lasted for 23 days. Thanks for the wonderful job you have done and for making our daughter smile.
One of the balloons was not inflated all the way so it did not float.

Everything was super easy to order and pay and delivery was super fast. But unfortunately the flowers were a little weepy and wilted by the time they arrived also there was no flower food which used to come with my previous orders from this place. I have ordered several times before and every other time it was great and the flowers were perfect for the most part. But these ones just looked a little down. Not as bright and alive as I thought they would of been.
The pricing was difficult to understand. The delivery was not delivered within the window I specified. The arrangement was nice but not cohesive. Overall I'm just glad it got to the receiver before her show began.

The only issue I had was that the chocolate I ordered was melted like so melted it was inedible other than that the flowers were lovely.

There's no place to ask for delivery time. They delivered it sooner than requested. The flowers are not the same apparently

Shipping time is excellent, but I received the wrong flowers and now they do not match what I needed them for. I would not order again. Waiting on customer service to see what they can do about it. Needed them on Sunday and received them on Friday, so the timing was fine, but I doubt I will be able to have my order corrected for the right flowers on a weekend.
It would have been nice to have the option of choosing what candy & how many of each flavor goes into the bouquet. I didn't have the option to choose next day delivery. I had to have my friend go outside to see if the delivery was there, because I got an email that it delivered, but the driver just left the box outside the door!? They didn't ring the doorbell or anything! It's 100 degrees in Las Vegas & my order was a chocolate bouquet melting outside.
