The site was easy to use and the flowers were beautiful.
I placed the order early in the morning, with the expectation of recv'ing very fresh and perfect flowers. When I picked up the flowers a couple of the lilies were turning brown and didn't look very fresh and some of the roses were completely opened already. I was a disappointed when I saw the arrangement for the amount spent for the flowers. I know that flowers aren't cheap, but I could have purchased flowers at Trader Joe's or Wegman's for less and would have been happier with the arrangement. I was just a little disappointed for the money spent.
Fast, lots of reasonable price points when going through first time. But no option to customize delivery time or I would have remembered we closed at 4. Also I ordered red baloons and the florist used a lot of orange and pink in the arrangement- I could barely look at it, ugly actually. I don't know what they were thinking. Also when I needed to get in touch with you, wait time was long and then the person had to call me back after a long time, the email response to my email arrived at 5. I sent it at 2ish. Better to go loval next time since it was practically the same price.
