Extremely displeased with the final product. Paid an additional fee for the 'deluxe' version, which insured the flowers would be close, if not identical, to the picture displayed. The next day, on the scheduled delivery date, I come to find a flower actually missing and the vase to be different, which strongly contributes to the overall ascetic experience. On a special day, such as anniversary, it is really disappointing to come to find a product not at all what you paid for - $60 plus if I may add. I can say I will no longer buy another product from Flowers from You nor will I recommend it to anyone I know.

I received a "confirmation" of a delivery that had not occurred. After several hours of emails and telephone calls, a delivery actually occurred. In the meantime, this vendor simply said it would re-deliver two days later but would delete the same day delivery charge. Not a good first impression.
I gave instructions to have the flowers delivered to the back of the house, they left them sitting on the grass in front of the house. I think that was totally wrong, I am lucky that one of my neighbors saw it and they delivered to the right person. This part of buying was not very professional.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
