The website gave me the option to upgrade my order to include a larger bouquet for an additional amount. I paid the additional amount by the order looked like the smaller order.
I just wanted a little something extra to add to my son's & his fiance's big day. I was pleased with the cost of the flowers and they were beautiful. My soon-to-be daughter-in-law even thought about adding some of the flowers from the order I sent to her wedding bouquet!

My order was for a standing sympathy spray and I am told by the family that they were beautiful. They were delivered on time and it was very easy to deal with this company in a time of grief. I had tried another delivery service (which I will not name but will never use again) only to be told on a Thursday that all same or next day delivery options were closed for the week...nothing available until Monday, even though they advertised same day service. Fromyouflowers delivered as promised.

I dont know where to even begin. This is an order for the same address and it showed up seperately. So the daughter got flowers and the mother thought I forgot about her and she was very upset. This caused a very uncomfortable situation for me. Then when the mother received her flowers late tonight they were nothing like the picture. The 1st bouquet delivered was just ok and didnt look like the picture and they used different flowers. And I can live with that. But the second bouquet...no excuse! The bouquet was supposed to have a bee as it is for "Bee-Well" but instead came with a cheap 99 cent store bear. So upset with this order.This was the 1st time I used you guys and it was a horrible experience. Very disappointed.

When you place an order with 25% promo code, you expect a good deal on this transaction; you go thru the process of selection and total isn't too bad...THEN... when you reach final review of order, there is an unexplained handling charge which wasn't mentioned anywhere which makes promo codes a joke.
If this item wasn't a gift and I had more time to shop around, I may have made other arrangements; altho the person receiving the gift said all items were acceptable and it arrived about mid day.
I suppose fromyouflowers will deliver quality products; however, you won't get to enjoy promo codes due to high handling cost.
