My mother in law received a small bouquet and not a premium as I ordered and paid 100$ Her mother passed away and we wanted to send her a big sympathy flowers. Very disappointing!
Also, the shipping was delayed in one day so it missed the point.
On order #*******, I made a very specific request. Although the flowers did arrive on time, neither the quality or the color of the product was as expected. I had thought I was changing from my 'go to' online florist to you when is saw the offer for 'orange roses'.
What I received instead was

Was a bit surprised to have $14.99 added on at the end. Wasn't expecting that. A little disappointed it wasn't mentioned up front as it is quite a significant cost - half as much again as the cost of the flowers.
The flowers that were delivered were a different color, different shaped "arrangement" and different vase. They looked like a bunch that someone had picked from their garden & plonked in a jar. Looked nothing like the ones I ordered. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the money.

First time customer... relied on reviews and it worked well. I did think that the deluxe option would be a much larger bouquet than was delivered, but my mom was happy and that's great. I'll likely order again in the future.

Delivery didn't get to the recipient on time. If the florist had any questions I wish there were a way that they could have contacted me in order to figure it out the first day but instead we had to wait 2 days for delivery. Although i have to say the customer service aspect of this company is amazing. They did everything in their power to help me out after realizing their mistake on not delivering it on time and compensated me for the loss I had to endure.
I ordered them as a last minute gift for my mother's birthday. She loves them. They were very affordable and beautiful. I will def order again!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
