You should mention your service/handling fee before the check-out. It is misleading. Also, I called within 10 minutes of placing my order to change the rm #, but they flowers were a day late bc the agent didn't get the message updated in time.
I was told I got the deluxe arrangement but this arrangement was just average sized. Not big at all. It was lovely, but not what I would consider deluxe. Seemed a bit small.

I have used you a number of times before. Service is generally good, sometimes flowers not much like the pictures, unfortunately. Value seems reasonable, delivery is prompt.I don't really know the answers to these questions as they were sent to my daughter as a gift. I haven't seen them and don't know the delivery time, but she said they were beautiful.

I ordered a "Classic Peace Lily " which is pictured and described as only a peace lily plant, but received a plant garden full of multiple small plants/weeds. It was not at all what I was expecting. It looked very busy in a small basket, you couldn't even see the little peace lily in the pot. It was very unexpected. I wish it would have been just the peace lily I ordered.
I will probably order from here again since the website is convenient. I will know for future reference to expect something similar not exactly what I ordered.
Handling fee too expensive. I thought there would be a few more roses. My sister sent a picture of it to me when she received them. She loved them! Delivery was very expedient though!
Rec'd a call mid day that flowers were going to be delivered soon - it was a surprise to my mom so I made sure mom was home - thought they were going to deliver within the hour or 2 - delivery did not happen until 3+ hrs later - mom was not home.
