When my daughter heard that she would not have her flowers at her graduation, she cried! I ordered them on the 24th to be delivered on the 30th, but they arrived after 4pm on the 31st. Her graduation was the 31st at 8:45am and the flowers were supposed to be here the 30th. I won't EVER shop or recommend this company! Thanks for the disappointment! Shame on you! May something like this happen to whoever is responsible so he/she/they can feel the pain we customers feel. We deserved our refund! We were wronged and NOTHING can change that. You will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Customers BEWARE!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
