Thank you for the beautiful flowers and card you were able to deliver to my niece during the birth of her daughter. I was not able to be there, but my brother said they were delivered at the perfect time and that they were beautiful. The first ones to be delivered! The arrangement was poor quality and looked cheap. Very disappointed.
I was a bit frustrated with trying to apply the discounts they send me via email. It seems you cannot use more than one discount. The shipping fees cost almost half of what the order was. I ended up using the free shipping discount instead of the original discount I was planning on using. The order was a lot smaller than I expected but it was still a nice arrangement. The delivery came a little later than I expected as well and the delivery person couldn't find the address even though she was right there at the location. I had to describe the address before she realized she was across the street from it! I would think they would use GPS or Waze to locate an address. I'm not sure I would use them again.
Forced me to upgrade because you wouldnt deliver unless I paid $39.99,,,ridiculous...now your forcing me to leave a comment.

There was a great variety of flower arrangements available to purchase. I found some difficulty when it came to ordering. The arrangement I wanted was not available for delivery in the location I wanted, but similar (and more expensive bouquet) was. I wasn't happy about that but ordered anyway. The recipient was pleased, so I guess that's the most important thing.

The finished product didnt seem very big, I ordered the large one, and it looked smaller than the small one. Just a few flowers, and alot of fluff and greens. Dissapointed.

I was worried that the items hadn't been delivered as I had received an email that it had been delivered, but my friend said they hadn't received it. That email was misleading. It shouldn't be sent until the order has been sent to the intended person the order was placed to be delivered to.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
