When you ask for a rating on my shopping experience before I know that the order has been delivered I cannot give you an accurate rating.
I like that the flowers were hand delivered already arranged, and not in a box, yet I was able to see what I was ordering and place the order online!
Was overall satisfied price - ease of website-was disappointed that the items that I originally wanted ie yellow roses/photo vase did not indicate lack of availability until I went to payment processing - than was redirected to same day delivery items available-

I don't like the redirect (waste of my valuable time) for a rebate that has nothing to do with my flower order that is actually a sales gimmick involving a recurring monthly fee. This may be a clever gimmick for your organization but be crystal clear and understand that I have a policy which will preclude me from using your service in the future. I can imagine any of your prospective customers appreciating this needless add-on attempt at check-out that is not in line with your core business.

This was a ridiculous amount of money I spent on roses that were not in the best shape and on a special vase with a picture. I thought the picture would be IMPRINTED on the vase as Yankee Candle Company does. NOT A WATERPROOF PAPER INSIDE! I could of printed that out MYSELF!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
