The only good thing I'll say is that the same day delivery went flawlessly. Other than that, this company is a total rip off. I selected a specific bouquet for very specific reasons (colors, style, etc.) and even paid extra to upgrade and have less 'filler'. What was delivered looked NOTHING like what I had selected - I believe only one flower was the same, the colors were COMPLETELY wrong, and it was arranged so that the back and front looked like two totally different bouquets. Luckily the recipient was none the wiser, but I was angry and disappointed to have spent time and money selecting something for basically no reason since my wishes weren't honored. I understand substitutions are sometimes necessary, but this was beyond unreasonable. Do not bother with this company!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
