The recipient received the flowers. I had them send me a picture of them. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE FLOWERS! The bouquet was VERY SMALL, AND THE FLOWERS WERE CHEAP! And they were supposed to be a 40.00 Bouquet? I ordered the Premier and it DIDN'T LOOK ANYTHING LIKE A PREMIER! The florist you used was TERRIBLE! (Century Floral)

People that say they were satisfied with your service are seldom the ones who receive the flowers. They just go by what the recipients say. And they don't know what you ordered or paid! I would like half my money back because that's what the flowers were worth, $20.00 at most!
The recipient of this flower order said the arrangement was beautiful and fresh. Water was still on the plastic wrap when they arrived. I ordered them on-line for same day delivery. Within 4 hours from placing my order, the flowers arrived at the recipient's home. I will definitely use this company again. They also have very good prices and each time you order, you get a credit for reduced prices on future orders.

It's upsetting that the hndeling fee isn't included until the very end of the ordering process. Just be upfront about it and include it on the very first page the customer sees the flowers on!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
