DID NOT DELIVER ON WIFES BIRTHDAY. Paid extra for before noon delivery. Lied and said no one answered door. If you want flower's delivered a day late, by all means order from them. A complete rip off

Smaller vase than we thought, taller on the website. But the flowers look beautiful, she loved them.
Site touch action based on my shop actions to win sale. For example, I was mislead by a coupon of 12.99 off of my next purchase. As I was proceeded to purchase the item, all the agreed to terms were not there. It was actually 10.00 off and then a 14.99 delivery service was added. I didn't proceed. The additional discount was email to me for free dilivery and I finalized the sale.
Always quick easy and they look nice
It was delivered actually a day early. We wanted it on the 16th because that was the actual National Bosses Day. But it was delivered on the 15th, but she still loved it of course.
Although easy to find on line, it was a bit difficult to get ordered, but I did get them sent to a business associate and she said how pretty the flowers are and that it was a good surprise!

I had requested that the flowers arrive on the 16th, but they arrived on the 15th. Not a big deal, but I had hoped that all of my orders would arrive on the same day. If the date issue was a mistake on my end (i will need to recheck my order details) then please disregard this comment.
The ordering process was quick and simple but the Flower Arrangement was not what I paid for and I even added the deluxe cost. The flowers look like it was through together and the vase is totally not the same. I will not order from here again.

The only "unfriendly" part of the website is I had to give payment information before filling in where to deliver. Most commerce websites the delivery information is collected before payment time. Payment is usually the last step. I kept going back thinking I had missed a step.

The site was easy to use and shopping was easy, but the flowers received weren't anything like the picture. Although the recipient was happy. My other problem was that the arrangement looked like the smallest size when I had paid for the largest size.
