I ordered Fresh Sunflower Harvest for same day delivery. My delivery was not at my house by 7pm (website said residential deliveries are from 9am-6pm) so I had to call customer service. They were able to get me the delivery by 8pm but the man on the phone said he is surprised that was able to happen. Had I not called, I would have not gotten the delivery that day. When I received the flowers, they looked NOTHING like the picture. They were MUCH smaller and less vibrant. We questioned if the were alive. I paid for overprice flowers that looked horrible. Never again.
They appreciated the gift. I didn't see them so don't have much to say.
