The only "unfriendly" part of the website is I had to give payment information before filling in where to deliver. Most commerce websites the delivery information is collected before payment time. Payment is usually the last step. I kept going back thinking I had missed a step.

The site was easy to use and shopping was easy, but the flowers received weren't anything like the picture. Although the recipient was happy. My other problem was that the arrangement looked like the smallest size when I had paid for the largest size.
Roses were not fresh and rather jaded. They were in blink and probably 3 or 4 days old. Certainly not freshly cut

Beautiful flowers delivered quickly
The flowers that my mother received look nothing like the flowers that I ordered for her. For the price point I paid the actual flowers she received was very disappointing and the vase and water look extremely dirty, like the flower arrangement was not made to order, like it had been sitting there for awhile.

This was my first experience ordering flowers for someone, and I was worried they wouldn't get there on time. But the flowers arrived at 5pm and my mom loved her flowers. Will definitely order again.
Delivery charge a bit high however the flower arrangement was beautiful and arrival timely so that's what matters to me on this order.
I've ordered now a few times and it is very easy to order and I will order yet once again!
