Both times I have ordered, have been for people out of town and she has absolutely loved them!
So far it's great,hope the florist do a great job.
I have used this site several times and I am very happy with it. Easy to order and the flowers/plants that I have ordered have been beautiful. BUT this time...
When I do order though, I use the same pricing (middle) and the plants have been big and full. This time it was not as full and I expected the plant to be fuller. It was very pretty and fresh but it should of been fuller/bigger for what I paid.
I was not happy about that.

There is no where to add comments for your deliveries. This would help to make sure someone is home to receive the flowers.

I ordered these for my sister's birthday. I live in Washington state and she lives in Idaho Falls. The flowers arrived on time as promised and she loved them! Thanks for making my sister's birthday special all the way from Washington State.
You ads say you can get a bouquet for $20, but the cheapest I found was $27 and then you add the fee for same day (despite your advertisement) and $14.99 for shipping plus sales tax so the cheapest you actually have is over $50. Maybe don't lie so much on your ads.

I was a little disappointed that the exact arrangement ordered was not delivered. I was aware of substitutions made, but i did not realize that these substitutions would make the arrangement smaller than the expected size (website gave 34w and 54h). The arrangement delivered was lovely though and it was very short notice so thank you.
The reason for the low rating on the delivery time is because I asked that the flowers be delivered as late as possible because the girl I was sending the flowers to doesn't get to work untill about 5pm, but instead the flowers were delivered at 11am.
