Great Service, Beautiful Bouquet!
Shopping and checkout was easy. Deliver for a Monday was a bit pricey, but worth it.
I placed an order before 8am and chose the 'deliver within 4 hours' option. Nope. They cannot deliver as promised. Did not even manage to get it done on the same day and they had all day to get it done. They did send a sorry note - but that does not help after the fact.
Fast & on time. Recipricant states arrangement was beautiful. :)

Your Site is Difficult to navigate, Your price changed. The only reason I went ahead with the order is, The Lady I am sending these to is going to be 98 Tomorrow. I don't have time to mess around and her not get any flowers from me. My mistake for waiting this late. The flowers sent were not what the were pictured as in order form.
Beautiful arrangements and nice selection. Hard to choose! Communication by email was excellent. Due to florist not having the exact flowers in the arrangement I selected, the substitution was beautiful and our family loved the flowers.
