Though the flowers were delivered a day later than expected, they were delivered early the next day. They are beautiful and the recipient was overjoyed.
They did not notify me until the next day that the flowers were not able to be delivered because they could "not find a florist to complete the request". By this time the funeral I needed the flowers for was done and over with!

The website was easy however the recipient of the flowers sent photos of them and have of the roses were wilted and dying. They barely lasted 24 hours and she had to throw them away.
I love it, because of the variety and I don't have to wait so long to have it.
Very easy, but I wish the delivery to the hospital could have been the same day. Also it is hard to say if the delivery time or how the product was when it was sent as a surprise to my friend in the hospital.
