I have ordered from FromYouFlowers twice and both times they have sent me an e-mail saying the arrangements were delivered when they actually in fact were NOT delivered at the time the e-mail was received. One arrangement was actually delivered almost a whole month post the delivery confirmation e-mail, and the other arrangement was delivered the day following the delivery confirmation e-mail. I was offered a partial refund for these purchases. However, due to the dishonesty regarding the delivery not once but twice from this company, I will not be using them again. The flowers were pretty and in line with what I had ordered, but I do not appreciate the dishonesty in telling me that the flowers were delivered when they were not.

I had a nice experience when I ordered flowers for a birthday party, I would use them again. Thank you

Offered same day delivery for a birthday on 10/29/22. Then emailed me midday on 10/30/22 to tell me they would be delivering my flowers on 10/31/22 to "not miss the occasion". Then when I asked for a refund they had the gall to ask me to keep them in mind for future service. If you have to get something same-day delivery, this company is not your choice. They are obtuse to their own ineptitude and platitudes make for poor birthday gifts.

I ordered an all yellow flower arrangement in a bright yellow smiley face mug for my 11year old sick granddaughter. She received a few yellow flowers with some purple ones mixed in, arranged in a clear glass vase. I received around $23 for reimbursement from a $72 order.

Worlds worst/poor/hopeless service. Have ordered flower arrangement for memorial service of my beloved pastor's wife in great falls, MT. I communicated several times but they did not deliver flowers and said sorry. It's unexplainable pain in my heart for rest my life. I will never consider using fromyouflowers.com services never in my life. Don't even want to give 1 star.

I ordered the Rose & Lily Celebration Premium version for my wife's birthday. Unfortunately she only received the deluxe version which is pretty small. Even less flowers than the picture shown on their website which is supposedly the deluxe version. Well, I contacted customer service and they said they would issue my card a credit for the difference but never got it. That's two strikes for one order. NO thanks to a repeat order.

Please, use anybody else! I ordered for my wife's birthday 5 days in advance! On scheduled delivery day, I get notice it would be delayed 2 days! I ordered it dor a day prior to her Birthday so it was missed. Never has that happened with any other service.
My advice go buy your own and make a nice arrangement before using this scam outfit!

My Sister In Law passed away I needed two pieces to be sent from South Carolina to New York. You flowers made it a snap. The flowers were delivered on time and they are Beautiful. Thank You

Paid extra for expedited delivery order was not delivered at all & company is refuting that it was delivered. I will never order from them ever.

Want to share my experience in hopes that people will see and not trust this company with their business! On 10/6/22 I ordered "How Sweet It Is" bouquet from fromyouflowers.com in the "Premium" size which is the largest size offered. The regular price is $59.99 plus shipping and taxes. The picture of this bouquet on the website shows 7 large roses and 17 small roses in the bouquet. The bouquet received had about 3 big roses and 3 small roses and was filled with filler leaves, Lillies and carnations. Colors, flower types, and quantity were not even the same or close. I understand substitutions are allowed but this was just unreasonably different and smaller/lower in quality. Upon seeing the flowers, I called customer service to complain and ask for a refund. They granted my request. However, they did not mention needing to return the flowers. Now the person I sent the flowers to just called me and told me the florist came to their house and took back the flowers. They did not tell me this would happen when I talked to customer service. This is the worst and most unprofessional service I have experienced. This is not a company I would trust with sending anyone you know a gift.

I ordered a dozen roses, they were delivered almost dead and horribly looking and got less than a dozen. They say you get what you pay for, the reason their prices are cheaper than others. After calling the company they only wanted to refund me 10% of my order, so they expect me to pay for dead flowers and missing flowers this is after 30 min on phone with them. I also ordered the personalized vase all they did was add a paper in the vase so now the paper with picture on it is just sitting in water with the dead flowers. This company should be ashamed of them self for ruining special occasions. DON'T LET THEM RUIN YOUR SPECIAL DAY, STAY AWAY! 1 star cause they delivered on the correct day. The only thing they probably did right.

I ordered a large spray of red flowers for my nephew's funeral. I was notified the morning of the funeral that the $100 selection I had purchased was not available, but that they could substitute a similar arrangement. I agreed, provided the flowers were red. The arrangement that was delivered had zero red flowers and didn't come close to approximating the arrangement I originally selected. It's not like you get a "do over" for funeral flowers. I contacted customer service and was offered a 25% refund despite their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Needless to say, I will never use these folks again as they don't stand by their customers.

Stay AWAY! I should have read the reviews before ordering from this business. I ordered an arrangement of flowers for my mother's in laws birthday and the picture online looked very different than the actual arrangement my loved one received. It's like they got 15 flowers and placed it in a cup with no consideration of making it look professional. I will NOT buy from them again!

From yesterday and it had to arrive on Wednesday", super bad service, you can see the chocolates in bad aspects and where are the main 12 roses!

My boss had a baby and I choose what looked like a beautiful bouquet of flowers - when she posted the picture of what she received it was a total embarrassment - looked like my 5 year old went and picked a bunch of flowers and leaves from outside. None of the flowers in the photo were in the "bouquet". I also paid more for deluxe and it was tiny. If they get caught they send a partial refund. Absolute SCAM!

Awful not what was on site sad flowers very poor arrangement paid $68 looked like a $8. Arrangement careful second picture is what I saw in site first picture is what was delivered.

I ordered the large premium arrangement. I ended up with 2 liles and 5 roses and few smaller flowers for $100... Safeway has better arrangements for under $20. This was a disappointing anniversary gift.

I recently ordered flowers from this site for my Aunts 50 Birthday. I ordered what was said a promotion that added a ballon for free. Since it was a big birthday I paid extra for deluxe flowers.
What she received was terrible. Not only was it not deluxe whatsoever it didn't even have the ballon!
