Ordered 2 separate arrangements for 2 separate funerals. Neither made it to destination. It didn't help that the person we spoke to and I had a language barrier. I do understand that issues arise sometimes. But to still deliver within a reasonable time you wanted to charge another expedite fee. They refunded the original expedite fee. But at this point, I'm thinking as a courtesy, this should now be your responsibility in full. The sentimental value has been obliterated.
I'm just highly disappointed in this service as you trust in someone to take care of your personal touches and they foul it up. You don't get these moments back.

I ordered a 70.00 huge birthday bouquet of flowers with roses and other beautiful flowers. They delivered a tiny bouquet of like daisies and one rose, maybe 5.00.in the photos the one with the pink ribbon is what I ordered and the little one is what they delivered. Such a fraudulent company! Never again!

I contacted the company on a daily basis and received canned, identical answers. There seemed to be no real 'person' behind the answers and I never did find out why the flowers were not delivered. They just kept promising... they will deliver by 6pm or they will deliver tomorrow, or they'll do it on Monday,. I contacted the company 5 times in all. Shop elsewhere, this service is a waste of time.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! I ordered thinking it was a different florist. Nonetheless, I paid extra to have flowers delivered same day which has never been an issue with the local florist I thought I was using. Unfortunately this order was delayed by several days. When I realized the flowers would not arrive same day (and were actually not going to get to her for another three days) I called to cancel leading to a 30 minute argument with a rep who tried to talk me into allowing the delivery to go thru. The flowers were for a friend who's daughter passed away several months ago and she was struggling as it was the daughters birthday that day, hence the reason for my request for same day delivery. But the rep did not want to cancel the order and refund me. I insisted and was told it would be canceled and I would get a full refund. The flowers were never delivered and I am still waiting on a refund which I've now had to contact my bank to fight for despite receiving a confirmation email from this company of the cancellation. This company is a scam! I do not recommend using them.
I'm showing the picture of what i ordered for my boss - Christmas Tree with roses (pd 80.00) - I just recieved a picture of what my boss recieved. I was humiliated! It looks like 25.00 carnations with a Lily and greenery. I contacted them and will keep you posted as to what they'll do for you if this happens to you.
So it was my wife's birthday I ordered a deluxe bouquet of pink roses and daisy's, instead I get a couple yellow roses and not 1 daisy. There resolve was to give 12 dollars of 65 back look at these tell me this is fair...first is what I orded second what I got...
I placed 2 orders and paid for same day delivery. They weren't delivered and I was told I would get the same day fee returned. One of the orders was cancled because the patient left the hospital. I could not give an alternate address because I didn't have one. The other order was also cancled. Which I'm quite upset about. Now I'm told I have to reorder and pay a same day fee without a guarantee of delivery.

These look like fake reviews. Just look at Yelp for the real ones… Awful company. You won't get what you ordered and they will only offer a very partial refund. SCAM.
Ordered for the first time online. I picked the soonest delivery date that they had and paid extra for expedited. Would never recommend this company and do not believe award it has on its site. Said I would get refund for $4.99 and asked to refund for $14.99 have not seen that yet so not sure if I will get it. They should have told me that would do that because they really messed up on my order for a very special occasion.

I ordered a delivery on dec 20 for an elderly parent, the flowers are still not delivered. How do I get a refund? #******* They do not respond.
I ordered flowers to be delivered to a family member who had surgery. The flowers were not delivered, and I was not notified. When I checked to find out why they weren't delivered, I was told they could not be delivered to that zip code ( which is in Connecticut near Hartford). So, I ordered another arrangement, to arrive 2 days later. They did not arrive as of 5 PM on Christmas Eve. We are still waiting to hear from our family member. I called again, and I have no confidence that they will arrive today. I am extremely disappointed and will not order from this company again.
I ordered a Christmas bouquet, chocolates, and a balloon for my 72-year-old mother's Christmas. Scheduled it to be delivered today, the 23rd. Until my mother told me she hadn't received it, I had no idea there was a problem with my order. As others have said, they had nothing else available on their website, and the one they did offer wouldn't be delivered until after Christmas. I will never order from them again. This was an awful experience, and my mom did not receive a gift from me this year.

I paid extra money to have my husband's anniversary gift basket be delivered today. I wanted thos extra goft because I am a paramedic and had to work 14 hours today. I wanted my husband to have something from me delivered today since I couldnt be there with him. It never arrived. I received no email, no voice-mail, and my husband never received a phone call. The only thing customer service did is give me a credit of $3.19 with ZERO explanation of what happened. I won't be using this company again and I recommend no one else does either. I'm supposed to receive the order "first thing tommorrow". All I wanted to do was open a bottle of wine and share some candy with my husband since I am mandated to work and we couldn't go do anything special. My plans for the night are ruined, but at least I got a credit of enough money to buy a cup of coffee...

How disrespectful to the families and the deceased, to send DEAD flowers and/or whatever you FELT like throwing into a vase.
I will tell EVERYONE that I know and will post to those I don't know about how this is a scam and they WILL NOT RECEIVE the product in the picture on the website.
I will also report this to the BBB, after reading so many other comments on the $#*! products they themselves received. STOP TAKING PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY AND $#*!TING ON THE MEMORIES OF THEIR LOVED ONES … WITH the joke of flower arrangements you send out!
They are horrible. They forgot to deliver my order to the funeral service. So embarrassing. Not recommended at all.
Received an email to complete order and receive free shipping (14.99) they want to give me free shipping on future orders. I tried to cancel the order and they ignored me. Last time ever using this company
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
