I order the floral arrangement that I wanted delivered and paid $76.83. My mother took picture to show me if flowers delivered and tell me thank you. She did not receive what I ordered and paid for. I am never using their business. 100% NOT satisfied!

The delivery wasn't on time
I am an international user, sending from the UK to my sister. It was a surprise to see the added handling & service taxes which were added to the original cost (this info should be included below the product)
Fine but your shipping costs are sure high. Also, it's stupid to send me coupons that i have to use within a few days. Geez, i don't order flowers very often. Please consider extending the time coupons could be used, like for a month.

Of course they loved the flowers and were grateful. The reason I selected this was for the blues in the flowers. No blues in there. This was a fast delivery and I appreciate the service but the pictures should match at least the colors. Too many greens not enough flowers. Quick reliable service if you want to just send something. After all it is the thought that counts!

Very straight forward ordering. The prices seem reasonable, and delivery, while not early, was within promised time. I was disappointed with the size of the flower arrangement. I ordered the Premium size, but I felt the product delivered was more like the regular size. Nevertheless, the flowers seem to be a good quality.
I'll order from your company again sometime, but I won't be buying the premium size!
