My nephew was thrilled with his bear, chocolates and flowers.
The yellow roses I ordered were for a dear friend who isn't doing so well...The flowers are lovely, but almost a disaster. They were delivered by ( My friend thought maybe it was UPS?) and left outside the door on a cement walk and according to my friend, it is very cold in Zimmerman, Mn right now. Her son was visiting and happened to see the flowers as he was leaving. Not sure how long they remained in the cold, but whoever did the delivery did not ring the bell or knock. Please be advised. The flowers were beautiful and the recipient was so happy with them. I didn't love the $14.99 service charge that was tacked on at checkout. I would like that price to be reflected in the original price shown on the site. I would've paid it, but didn't like feeling tricked into it right as I checked out.
The flowers were not as represented that I paid for. The delivery guy was not friendly. Do not use this florist again.

The flowers and bouquet I felt were OK - which may be a personal preference since it was the florist chosen bouquet. But my daughter loved it. In addition, from the picture my daughter sent, the flowers did not appear very fresh and several of the flower stems did not reach the water and so by the time my daughter got home, they were wilted.
The Flowers were delivered on time and they were absolutely beautiful and smelled wonderful! :)

One of the roses fell apart upon delivery. Like maybe they had been frozen. She called and they are sending another dozen tomorrow so that is good.

My friend loved the arrangement! It arrived at the hospital as shown, but was honestly a little smaller than I had expected. (I guess I should have known that with it being in a teacup!) Still nice though.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
