In the past, I've ordered flowers for my Aunt's birthday from other florists but she's never been more satisfied.She even praised the diligence of the delivery person. The flowers I ordered and had delivered, were not the bouquet I ordered off the website. I contacted customer service multiple times and every representative I spoke with, spoke poor English and couldn't and wouldn't resolve my issue. I had the florist shop contact me directly to yell at me for complaining about my order being wrong. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed in this company and I will never purchase from this company again.

Don't understand why the flowers went from 44 down to 32 ( discounted price) then went back up to 44 then had a google discount of 9 dollars. Didnt want the added service charge of morning delivery but got charged 2.99 anyway plus a 14 dollar service fee...prime example of nickle and diming a person to death.make it a set fee. Quit charging extra stuff and do it one flat rate. More people will be satisfied that way.

Ordered from this site twice before and was very pleased. Hope the third time is just as good. Just received third order and the flowers were beautiful. The only problem was the order was supposed to come with a congratulations balloon and it did not. Not really a big deal but I did go for that particular item because of the balloon.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
