Can't get ahold of anyone to talk to about my deliver just want to make sure there out for delivery today but can't talk to an actual person the automated system is not helpful and just unsatisfied and not happy that I can't talk to an actual person
Been on the phone for an hour. They say the flowers were delivered. They were not. Yet all they can say is "yes they were." I was there. They were not delivered.
This has to be one of the worst companies I've ever delt with. Ordered flowers, balloon and candies for my wife for Valentine'sDay. Over $100. Got an email saying it was delivered, but it wasn't. Called twice beforehand only to get false promises that it would be delivered and the typical bs runaround. The agent was very hard to understand and the online chat was like talking to a robot.
Long story short, they refunded my money after a 45 mintue wait and no apology or anything. First and absolutely last time I use this so-called company. What a joke! I should have read reviews before using them...BE WARNED!
I would highly recommend anyone that is placing an order to place it through a different vendor Valentine Day probably the biggest day of the year to have flowers sent to a loved one and you depend on them as they take your money to do what they're supposed to do and yet the flowers never show up and all they can tell you is they're sorry they won't reimburse you or do anything about it very poor quality customer service and business

Ya my valentines was going very wrong as my jeweler tried to hussle me by sending me yellow diamonds advertised as colorless, I had to send them back the day before valentines day and ordered a bouquet of roses from fromyou flowers and honesty didn't expect much, but they delivered them on time, in a very nice box at my ladies work and she absolutely loved them. Thank you From you flowers, u saved my valentines day from being ruined by a shady jeweler. I will be using u again very soon!
Purchased flowers over a week before Valentine's Day to be delivered to my girlfriend on Valentine's Day. When they had not been delivered by 2:00 I called and found out that they had changed the delivery to the next day without informing me. Don't waste your money.

I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day 2023 on 2/13/23 and PAID up front. The delivery date that was sold to me and is on my receipt WAS 2/13/23 - 2/14/23.
On 2/14/23, I called about 11am to follow up on delivery and was told it would not be delivered until 2/15/23 the day after valentine's day. When I asked about why they did not bother to call me to let me know they could not produce what they sold me so I could find a solution, they took absolutely no responsibility.
I insisted on a refund and they offered me 10%.
I then spoke to a supervisor and they offered me 50%
To sell a customer and collect payment and not deliver what you sold them is FRAUD. I would like a refund from this HORRIBLE COMPANY.
Ordered flowers to be sent to my wife at her job and ordered expedited shipping (cost extra) to be delivered by 12noon and nothing ever showed up. Wife closed up and the surprise was ruined. I do this every year and a special day for her and I'm completely disappointed in this service! Called customer service told them my problem and asked for a refund. First Lady intentionally hangs up after giving me attitude. Called again and finally got my problem solved. NEVER trust this service (before noon)(expedited) especially if it's a super special day for your loved one!
So this is the second time I've placed an order. The first time I must have over looked costs because when you are getting for a loved one cost is not as important. However, this time I tried ordering a bouquet (33.90 on main page). I get to the check out page to review (49.99 for the bouquet). With the total (52.56 not a bad deal just didn't add up). I emailed them and asked about the price changes. They apologized and sent me a coupon code (save 14.99 and shipping). I typed in the code and the total was higher than originally was (53.74, not much but it was higher). So I called. You can only use one coupon is what I was told. And they could not answer my question on why the price changes. I have screenshots to prove all of the above quoted costs. I asked for a bigger discount to make it right. The supervisor said the most I can give you is 14.99 for shipping and don't let me get started on the shipping...
First of all they changed the price in the last minute, then when its time to pay they automatically tag extra money for delivery you many not need. Then the price doubled when its time to pay.then the flowers they actually delivered very late and what they delivered was very different from what they promote. Look at the difference. I asked them to do some soul searching.

Twice I ordered flowers from this company for a funeral and twice they failed to deliver. Got an apology email from them while I sat at the funeral. Do not trust them to do what they say they will do.
Ordered 2 separate arrangements for 2 separate funerals. Neither made it to destination. It didn't help that the person we spoke to and I had a language barrier. I do understand that issues arise sometimes. But to still deliver within a reasonable time you wanted to charge another expedite fee. They refunded the original expedite fee. But at this point, I'm thinking as a courtesy, this should now be your responsibility in full. The sentimental value has been obliterated.
I'm just highly disappointed in this service as you trust in someone to take care of your personal touches and they foul it up. You don't get these moments back.

I ordered a 70.00 huge birthday bouquet of flowers with roses and other beautiful flowers. They delivered a tiny bouquet of like daisies and one rose, maybe 5.00.in the photos the one with the pink ribbon is what I ordered and the little one is what they delivered. Such a fraudulent company! Never again!

I contacted the company on a daily basis and received canned, identical answers. There seemed to be no real 'person' behind the answers and I never did find out why the flowers were not delivered. They just kept promising... they will deliver by 6pm or they will deliver tomorrow, or they'll do it on Monday,. I contacted the company 5 times in all. Shop elsewhere, this service is a waste of time.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! I ordered thinking it was a different florist. Nonetheless, I paid extra to have flowers delivered same day which has never been an issue with the local florist I thought I was using. Unfortunately this order was delayed by several days. When I realized the flowers would not arrive same day (and were actually not going to get to her for another three days) I called to cancel leading to a 30 minute argument with a rep who tried to talk me into allowing the delivery to go thru. The flowers were for a friend who's daughter passed away several months ago and she was struggling as it was the daughters birthday that day, hence the reason for my request for same day delivery. But the rep did not want to cancel the order and refund me. I insisted and was told it would be canceled and I would get a full refund. The flowers were never delivered and I am still waiting on a refund which I've now had to contact my bank to fight for despite receiving a confirmation email from this company of the cancellation. This company is a scam! I do not recommend using them.
I'm showing the picture of what i ordered for my boss - Christmas Tree with roses (pd 80.00) - I just recieved a picture of what my boss recieved. I was humiliated! It looks like 25.00 carnations with a Lily and greenery. I contacted them and will keep you posted as to what they'll do for you if this happens to you.
So it was my wife's birthday I ordered a deluxe bouquet of pink roses and daisy's, instead I get a couple yellow roses and not 1 daisy. There resolve was to give 12 dollars of 65 back look at these tell me this is fair...first is what I orded second what I got...
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
