Easy to choose and order. I was saddened by the automatic choices of extra fees like morning delivery.
The order was to be delivered yesterday. I called they appologized and said they would uprade the bouquet. What i recieved was very sparse and did not match what i prdered and was definitely not upgrsded. This was a horrible experience from start to finish.

It was easy to pick out flowers and place the order. These were a gift for someone else, so I had to wait until she received the order and called to tell me about them.
The ordering process took longer than anticipated. I searched the web and chose "fromyouflowers" because of a 20% discount, a nice selection and local to my delivery area. It was not until check out I realized there was a delivery fee (high in my opinion), so I canceled order. The fees were almost as much as the item. Moments later, I received an email offering to "waive the delivery fee." I had already waited until the last minute, so I proceeded. Somehow, I thought I would still get the 20% too, but not correct... One or the other. I didn't know which was the better savings, so I purchased a lower priced item and did not pay for early delivery. A budget is a budget, and it was the thought that counted anyway. My friend was pleased.

The order came a day late after our anniversary. The florist said they attempted delivery, but no one answered. We were home all day. I will say Rochell from your chat room helped me very much and the flowers were delivered 15 minutes after I chatted with her!

The flowers that were received were in terrible condition. They appeared old, not fresh, and inferior quality. One of the roses had mildew and a significant amount of the others shed a lot of rose petals. The chocolates had melted completely. I'm thoroughly dissatisfied and upset.

Too many extra fees. Almost doubling the advertised price. When she received her flowers they were much smaller than advertised for the extra price paid. The flowers themselves were beautiful though.
Was not easy to delete part of the order and had to start over! Each part of an order should be allowed to delete before final purchase.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
