Ordered in advance for a funeral. Paid top price and they received the most embarrassing flowers I've ever seen. All filler and one flower. I called and requested re-delivery since these were the only flowers at the service. They assured me they'd be delivered. THEY WEREN'T! I'm humiliated and this is just so wrong. My refund depends on them getting ahold of a nonexistent florist with no voice mail and do not answer
Ordered arrangements for my son's memorial a month in advance and received an email the day before saying they would be delivered 2 days after the event. Much too late to order from another place. So no flowers for my son. It was horrible.
I understand substitutions sometimes have to be made, but they should notify us ahead of time on what the substitutions are going to be. I ordered my daughter a beautiful pink and yellow bouquet of lilies and roses and she ended up with a bouquet of pure white hydrangeas with sticks in them. Nowhere close to what I ordered. Had I known they were going to deliver a completely different flower, completely different color ahead of time, I would've cancelled my order. Have used this company once before and they delivered perfectly. However, after this mistake, never again.
I ordered flowers to be delivered for a new baby at the hospital. Despite paying for same day delivery, they were not delivered. When I called and spoke to a representative, "a message was left" for the florist for ASAP delivery the next day. I called again the next morning and was assured they'd be delivered ASAP. That afternoon they had still not been delivered, so I called and spoke to a third representative. He finally reported he "just" received a message that the florist who received the order didn't deliver to that zip code. When I asked to cancel the order, I was offered a 30% refund. Do not recommend this company.
My son asked me to help him send his friend flowers for her birthday, i really don't know how i end up on their website it was tje worse experience ever. They send me en email saying it was delivered but it was not i had to chat call and do everything to talk to someone. I'm still waiting they assured me it will be delivered tomorrow. But i Really doubt it costymet service don't know whay they doing.

My friend sent a photo of her bouquet and it looked nothing like the picture. The flowers looked like they were destined for the garbage that day. I ordered from the middle tier, thinking I was playing it safe to get an awesome bouquet. Not so much! Paying more and getting less. Won't be ordering again.

Actually I would NEVER recommend them. I ordered a Deluxe fruit and snack basket for my sister (she just lost her son) and we wanted the family to have a basket to snack on while making funeral arrangements. I paid $170 in the basket only had about $50 worth of product in it and the presentation was terrible. It look like they had just thrown the items in the basket with no finishing touches at all. There is only one apple one nectarine two very small bunches of grapes a very small bunch of bananas and very small miscellaneous snack items would maybe feed two people. I called and they said they would send another one. Waiting to see what happens. First photo is what was sent, 2nd photo is what was to be sent.
My kids selected a colorful bouquet to send for their grandma's birthday. The flowers delivered were lovely, and the general types were comparable to the advertised picture. But the flowers lacked any color--very different from the flowers my boys had intended! I emailed Customer Service regarding the matter, and, unsolicited, they coordinated a same-day delivery of a 2nd (much more colorful) bouquet free-of-charge! An impressive and prompt remedy, to be sure!
The picture on the From your Flowers website is NOTHING like what my family member received- I was so embarrassed when they sent me a picture of what they received…Never again! Plus they would not replace or refund my flowers.

The selection of flowers and arrangements are absolutely amazing. Customer service is above exceptional. I was looking for flowers for my cousin who just opened a small business. I found what I wanted. Military discount if you go through ID me.
I ordered a beautiful get well bouquet that had over 12 roses plus greens. Delivery was a day late. Vase showed up with 6 flowers in total, plus some leaves. I only received about 30% of advertised bouquet.
First of all I don't like the sneaky fee that's added once you've gone through the whole ordering process but also didn't like that they didn't deliver on the day chosen for delivery. No call, no notification. They have your number right on the order but chose not to notify me that the order wasn't delivered on date ordered to be. I shouldn't have to call someone to say "did you get what I sent you" only to find out they didn't.

Ordered flowers on Wednesday afternoon to be delivered to my girlfriend at work the next and they failed. Will not use them again if I new they would be delivered via UPS I wouldn't have used them to begin with.
I tried to send my wife flowers for her birthday. I ordered them a week in advance. I paid in $200. From You Flowers decided they did not care to make the delivery. Speaking to them on the phone is a nightmare. Their customer service line is terrible. When I finally got through everyone I spoke to had a thick Chinese accent that was totally unintelligible. They were not remotely apologetic or helpful. I hate this company. I wish it would go out of business.
I ordered the "bee well" deluxe bouquet worth $64 for a friend going through chemo in another state. After making the order I called and told them the circumstances, and if they could do their best. The day before delivery i got a message that they had to substitute my order. I called again asking they make it as nice as possible and include a stuffed animal that was to be included in the arrangement. He sent Me a picture, it was just daisies and no animal or any other types of flowers. I called a third time... they offered a 20% discount. I asked for a redelivery tomorrow with more than just daisies and any stuffed animal. In am hoping it's better! I don't think I will use them again. Instead I'll try a local florist.
I paid for expedited, same day delivery. The flowers were "guaranteed" to arrive within a 4-hour window, so 3:30 PM. They never came. Residential deliveries are supposed to be made by 6:00 PM. Well, 6:35 PM comes, STILL NO FLOWERS. I called to cancel as the surprise was ruined by then. The woman one the phone tried to ONLY OFFER A 50% REFUND FOR A PRODUCT I NEVER RECEIVED. After arguing with her and threatening to dispute the charge, she FINALLY agreed to refund 100% of my money, RIGHTFULLY SO. They are complete and utter scam artists. I will never use this service again.
Yearly I order flowers to be delivered on the anniversary of the death my best friend's wife… sympathy and memory of the love they shared. I placed my order a week in advance. I was notified at 5pm on the delivery date that my order could not be completed that day… they would deliver the following day. What?! Terrible! I will never again use their services.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
