I have used your service three times & have never been disappointed!
Priced a bit high for a dozen strawberries. My loved one did love them but only 3 were decorated like ladybugs when 6 should have been. The package was left at the door in 90 degree heat and was not packed with any ice at all to keep the chocolate from melting.
The online experience was easy and I rated it high. But was not happy with what was received at the door.
The flowers I ordered didn't look like anything that I ordered and the happy birthday balloon was ugly(did not look like the one I seen on your site). The flowers looked like they were just shoved in the vase( not arranged nicely at all). I was very disappointed!
All these service and same day fees are disappointing
Order arrived late afternoon plants where completely wilted and distressed vase was hot to touch and box was hot from weather.
Customer service was contacted before 5pm says they will send more flowers.
