I think adding in a $15 fee is a rip off! Also the arrangement I choose is the same arrangement I have used for year. I pick the certain colors for a reason and the last two years a different color arrangement has been sent very irritated by this! I've been sending an arrangement from my baby sisters son who passed away I pick his fav colors for a reason and for it to be different was extremely upsetting!

I ordered flowers for my friend. The picture and description of the flowers I ordered is completely different from the item that was received. I would not have realized it until my friend send message with the photo to me to say thank you. I was so disappointed. I immediately contacted the company showing them the photo.

This is their response: "Thank you for your recent order. Unfortunately, our florists in the area of your recipient did not have the exact item that you requested. Due to time constraints, we had to make minor substitutions to the requested product in order to complete delivery in a timely manner. We are therefore issuing you a $10 gift certificate via email to redeem at any time on a future purchase... etc."

If there is a time constraint then this item should not be an option for the date I choose. And if they plan to substitute, it should be very comparable items. I can attach photos for you to see that they are completely different. Please read online reviews on this company. I wish I would have done some research and reviewed before making this purchase.

I paid for an upgrade to the medium size. The actual received flowers looked very little like the pictured flowers ordered. They were pink--that is about all. The flowers were poorly arranged--basically just stuck in a vase with the cheaper flowers more prominate. In reference to a later question in this survey, the flowers were ordered from NC and received in OH.

So far so good. Shipping charges a bit high but it is next day delivery. Let's see what flowers look like when the arrive!
Flowers were ordered Friday afternoon & were received Saturday at 11 AM. The bouquet of lilac flowers came in s vase wrapped with a purple ribbon. The recipient said the flowers were fresh and very fragrant! Very pleased

I ordered the mid-size "florists choice" bouquet in a vase. The delivery was a very small arrangement in a basket. It was not as full as I would have expected for the mid-range item and I didn't like the basket, it looked cheap. The flowers did appear to be good to be in good condition (I ordered for a relative out of state and was sent a picture).

Received delivery confirmation, arrangement was not delivered, contacted customer service-arrangement had never even been made...was given $11 off of my order...finally got an arrangement sent the next day and it didn't really look like the one from the photo. Really disappointed. Will not be using service again.
