The order was placed to be delivered to a business. During business hours. The order was not delivered to the business it was delivered to the recipients residence later in the evening after a phone call to the recipient. If fromyouflowers.com was incapable of delivering on time, it should not offer that service. I paid close to $80 to have flowers delivered on time and it didn't happen. I will buy flowers somewhere else in the future.
It's very easy!, but would like you to show the shipping cost and full total before you ask for all my information! Bought flowers with sunflowers. Did not have sunflowers they used gerber daisies I think,so little disappointed but they were still pretty.

The price should include the handling charge. I was very upset when I saw a 15 extra charge...then when I got to the end there was no obvious way to cancel order.
I had the person i sent the flowers to send me a picture --my problem is the roses were already full bloomed -- how are they gonna last seven days? Plus it seemed smaller then the pic i was sent.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
