I did not like how much I paid in fees and couldn't see how much they were BEFORE I put in any of my information. I get that there will be a fee for delivery, but this was ridiculous. The flowers were overpriced, as I could get the same bouquet for about half (in the case, no less!) Anywhere else. And the site sucked. It gives you a tracking screen that never updates and then I got an email 2 HOURS AFTER they were delivered confirming that. That is terrible customer service. I will not be returning.
I sent the flowers to a friend. They were not home at the time if delivery so they left them on the porch and my friend found them when she returned...it was a nice surprise.

Everything was perfect from beginning to end! It was so easy! There were many beautiful arrangements to choose from and the prices were so reasonable! I also was given the chance to add a card, balloon or candy. Then, at checkout I was given an $8. Discount! I got a phone call from the person doing delivery to make sure someone would be home. My family said the flowers were absolutely beautiful! I'd use this service again and again!
