I have used this service many times. Always been satisfied and the arrangement/s have been beautiful. The recipient was very pleased.

I've used FromYouFlowers two times - both were gifts for an out-of-state recipient. The first purchase went smoothly, the flowers were lovely and as advertised, and were shipped by UPS with on-time delivery. The second purchase was a total debacle because FromYouFlowers failed to provide the local florist with the complete delivery address as provided by me, including apartment number and recipient's telephone number. The local florist (Mary-Lu Fresh Flowers in San Jose, CA) made a delivery attempt on the requested date, but lacking this complete information, the driver simply returned to the shop. After some sleuthing, I found the name, address, and telephone number of the florist and the recipient drove to the florist shop two days later. To the florist's credit, they prepared a fresh bouquet. All communications with FromYouFlowers were ineffectual -- they simply add another layer of bureaucracy and chance of miscommunication to the transaction. They fail to tell you the method of shipment (UPS, FedEx, or hand delivery) or give a tracking number if available. Use the telefora findaflorist website instead (www.findaflorist.com) and communicate directly with a reputable local florist.
My daughter was out most of the day, but she still got her flowers. She loved them and they looked desk and vibrant in the pic she sent me.
I find your site really easy to use. I was impressed as this was my second time using it. Now I am Hooked!
I enjoyed shopping on your site and I liked the selection of dish gardens which weren't overpriced.
The only complaint is that i tried to remove the Get Well balloon from my order and there was not an Edit link to click to update the order.

I have never found anything amiss in all my many orders with From You Flowers.com which included flowers for funerals, candy for surprises, and fruit for family members recovering from illnesses. Services are prompt and products and flowers fresh and beautifully displayed. I also always get a confirmation of delivery which is very important to me.

The arrangement was suppose to have yellow roses as a part of the arrangement. The roses were not yellow but white. It was a bit disappointing because yellow roses were a family tradition.
