I work in an Assisted Living Facility, and ordered a bouquet of red roses/carnations mixed. The picture showed about 30 blooms altogether. The bouquet was for our front desk reception, so residents who don't have family send a bouquet could come pick a flower to take with them on Valentine's Day. The price was about double what we usually spend, but I splurged because I wanted them to have something nice.
The bouquet that was delivered had 9 flowers - 3 roses and 6 carnations. The rest was leafy greenery - so much that the flowers got lost in it, even brand new and freshly delivered. I am so very disappointed...this is not the time of year to deliver a skimpy bouquet.

The initial floral arrangement was not satisfactory. Numerous flowers in the arrangement were wilted. I called the florist, and was told a new bouquet would be delivered that same day, and it was. The second bouquet was fresh looking, and was quite satisfactory.
On another note, I was given the impression that the flowers would be delivered on a Sunday. Only to find out they were delivered on a Saturday, because the florist does not deliver on Sundays. That was disappointing, as well.
All of that said, the customer service provided to me by the internet site and the local florist were both excellent, and all ended well.

Great last minute fix without much of a price increase as a result. At checkout the flower prices went up $10 so the $13 discount turned out to be $3... Since the prices weren't bad I just let it go and made the purchase. Another thing to note is the selected delivery date can apparently change to an earlier option. Thankfully it worked out and my family was home at the time but I selected the day after because I knew they would be there. I don't know what would happen if you aren't there whenever the decide to deliver (since they changed the date) but thankfully my order workout.
The southern peach bouquet that was ordered on the website did not resemble the bouquet that was received. The bouquet was still beautiful, however there were no succulents in the bouquet delivered, which is not how it was displayed online. Also, the colors of the flowers varied as well. Wish I would have received what I ordered.
Shopping was quick and easy. Several beautiful arrangements to choose from.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
