From you Flowers has the absolute worst customer service especially around Valentine's Day- as if they didn't realize that Valentine's day happens on Feb 14 every single year- I placed an on line order for Valentine's Day flowers in January and scheduled the delivery for early in the day on 2/13/19. I continuously checked the order status on their website which stated that the order was scheduled for delivery. By 5 pm I called their customer service #.
I waited on the phone for more than 15 minutes to speak to a rep and then waited 35 minutes for her to track my Valentine's day order. She just rudely left me hanging and did nothing to help. Do not use them ever and especially if you have a delivery in New York City which is where my order was being sent. It seems to me that their local partner florists do not service orders from this website. I got a full refund after a lot of aggravation. But what I really wanted was for the flowers to be delivered as scheduled which sadly never happened. Truly the worst!

I spoke with a representative and couldn't get my flowers there on time, kaville said it was impossible. I've order from there before had a similar issue but the customer service team did contact a floral place and got them in time so I took another chance thinking this would be different. It was a different experience this time after paying extra for shipping they said they could fullfill the order till the day after Valentine's Day, oh okay so then I look like the husband who forgot and got reminded to do it for the following day of valentines. Ordered flowers the day before for my god daughters funeral that was confirmed to be there by noon the day of and an hour and a half after they should have been delivered I get an email stating that they can not get fulfill the order and deliver them. However they can deliver them at a later date, 3 days after the funeral to be exact. First time I ever ordered flowers online and will be my last. Thank you for making me feel even worse during this time of grief. You had plenty of time to get hold of us so we could called other places. The customer service rep was completely unapologetic and very cold and tried every which way to not refund me my money. Worst online service I have ever used in my life.

Item prices are fair and just. The additional fees are another 50% of the item cost. This makes the purchase unattractive. This may be my last online order. It is less expensive to buy it and take it home.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
