I placed an order 1 month in advance for Valentines Day and my wife never received the flowers. Stay away from this site.
My husband ordered flowers for Valentines yesterday and they were never delivered. We have E-mailed and have heard nothing we have called and we get no one. We will be reporting them to Capital One and I will report as a fraud.
The worst company i have ever dealt with the whole thing is a scam, Spent $200 on Valentines Day paid extra, it was a birthday so very important both bouquets arrived. I spent 4 hours on hold on the phone, sent 7 emails. They replied, the first email offered a larger bouquet and confirmed that neither were delivered. The second 4 contradicted the first one and stated the flowers had been sent, i knew they hadn't because i had the email from the recipient stating they had not. I then spent another 3 hours on the phone demanding a full refund. I'm still waiting and still calling and still emailing. Nothing
I placed an order of flowers to be delivered Friday, February 3. The order was placed one week in advance. It was for flowers for my sisters birthday. When I talked to her over the weekend the flowers never arrived. I spoke with someone on Sunday from your flowers.com however he looked into it and was unable to reach the flower shop since it was a Sunday. I called again the following day and spoke with someone who once again transferred me to the general manager. Her name was Suzanne and she was very nice. I told her what had happened. They offered to send out a bouquet of flowers and reimburse me with a lower price. That is all fine, but if you order flowers to be delivered before someone's birthday they should've been delivered. I guess The floral shop they were using just blew off the whole order. It kind of defeats the purpose when someone gets flowers 4 days after their birthday. However I do appreciate the sales person Suzanne she was very nice. Overall I was very unhappy that this occurred.

Advertised as $24.99, ended up being $71.XX. Don't buy from this company expecting prices as advertised. I understand that online flowers might be somewhat expensive, but they need to be more upfront about the price.

Terrible company and terrible customer service. Said they would deliver between 9-5 today for Valentine's Day so I tried to contact to get a smaller window with no response and then tried to contact 4 more times with no response. They never even delivered the flowers. Do not use this company, it does not deserve to be in business.

I was supposed to receive them on the 12th, no delivery... called that night and spoke to supervisors. Offered replacement and address verified. Said they would have them delivered today! Nope, still nothing. Was even promised a bear and chocolates due to the inconvenience... well, got the money back from them, and now nobody will speak to us at all. Worst place EVER!

This is my second purchase from this company, fantastic quality and always on time.
I have used y'all to deliver valentines flowers to my wife the last few years no problems but the flowers she got this time the tops were about to fall off the steam one was already off when she got them. The top of the steams was black and broke looking.

Annoyed I couldn't move my order to the next week because my husband (the recipient) was sent on a deployment at the last minute. I called FromYouFlowers twice and they both said it was already shipped and to the carrier. Called the carrier and they said they hadn't received the package for shipment yet... So two of your agents lied to me. Which was dumb. And they thought a $15 coupon code would suffice for what I paid for a gift my husband won't even get because he's out protecting our country.

The flower arrangement came with the bow falling off, the flowers were not arranged in the arrangement purchased. I have pictures. Very disappointed overall. It was our admin 28 year anniversary. Unfortunate and frustrating.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
