I paid for the premium bouquet and it was very small. I love the bouquet but if I had wanted a small one that's what I would have paid for. Everything else was perfect.
Everything went correctly. Flowers delivered looked a little less full than the ones in the picture when I ordered. But we're very pretty. The cast is a bit high but when you live away from recipient it's service that matters. I feel a good job was done by all.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
