I wish the delivery fee was told up front.
The flowers delivered were not the same as what I ordered. I ordered a bouquet with bright colored roses/carnations/asters. It was my sister's 40th birthday and she loves bright colors. She does not like light colors/pastels. The flowers delivered had the bright roses (not as many as pictured for the deluxe that I purchased) with light white/pink carnations and some small bright carnations which hadn't opened yet. No asters which was another reason I picked it being that gerber daisies are her favorite flower and they look very similar, just smaller. What was delivered is not a bouquet I would have ever picked for her. The flower quality was nice, but not what I spent time picking out specifically for her!

It was an easy process to order
This was for a birthday for my Brother in the US so it makes a difference to know that the flowers are from a local shop and the picture he sent they looked beautiful and he was thrilled.
It is quick, it is easy, and usually cost effective.
'Up' ordered arrangement to Deluxe to hopefully look more like photo. FaceTimed with daughter to see but was disappointed as I thought it looked more like the cheapest price arrangement as I couldn't imagine the cheapest one having any fewer flowers.

The flowers came, but did not look anything like the flowers in the photo and did not have the same vases from the photo, either. I think I may have gotten the wrong order. All flowers are beautiful, and I'm enjoying these, but again, they look nothing like the bouquets that I ordered.

Between writing up order and processing same the savings code was changed and the savings went from $7 to $1.75 order was advertised with free shipping,but $ 14.95 was added for delivery. Beware.
Your website cheats when I was making my payment flower prices change from $89.00 to $93 I catch that on time that is not nice it my first time shopping on that website and that happen I have to used a different web to get that $ 89 price I give cause website look good again the bow was missing from my order it was a different flower pot it doesn't look like the one I ordered paid for poor quality

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
