The cupcakes were delivered on time but were a complete mess inside of the box. Very unhappy that I spent $55 for 12 mini cupcakes that showed up looking like they were kicked to the door. I will not order cupcakes again.
I was very disappointed in the flowers that I received. The roses were wilted. Some of the roses looked like they were dead. Many of the roses did not open. They had dead spots on them. I was embarrassed to have ordered them for my husband.

I let you pick the floral arrangements and I picked the colors white and pink, premium. I do not like the selection at all! It looks very cheap to me and I would like someone to give me a call.

I ordered the top level for the arrangement I selected. The arrangement was small. The rose and some of the other flowers in the arrangement were wilted upon delivery Not Fresh Looking At All. I was surprised by the service fee that made a $35 order $50. I was buying in a hurry, but it wasn't until after I made the purchase that I found out how much I paid for it. But my friend the loved the flowers and I was overall pleased with the service.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
