The cupcakes were delivered on time but were a complete mess inside of the box. Very unhappy that I spent $55 for 12 mini cupcakes that showed up looking like they were kicked to the door. I will not order cupcakes again.

I was very disappointed in the flowers that I received. The roses were wilted. Some of the roses looked like they were dead. Many of the roses did not open. They had dead spots on them. I was embarrassed to have ordered them for my husband.

Completely satisfied with the basket we ordered. Nicely presented with fresh fruit and goodies. Thank you.

I wish the delivery fee was lower; the flowers differed from those on the website in color and quantity

Great experience! Shopping was simple, variety was extensive, my delivery was achieved same-day, and the cost was reasonable. Will use again...my mom loved her flowers!

The flowers look nothing like the picture it was sparse it had gaps in between there was no babies breath there was no greenery hardly it was absolutely pathetic I could've done better going to the store myself this company sucks

Had issues with delivery which dampened my experience. I'll probably try again and give them the benefit of the doubt.

Dead easy to sign up and place order

I let you pick the floral arrangements and I picked the colors white and pink, premium. I do not like the selection at all! It looks very cheap to me and I would like someone to give me a call.

It's small but I don't understand having to pay for 'same day service' when it's not. My only choice, even when it was before 2:00 your time, is for tomorrow.

I was totally disappointed! I ordered a fall weave basket bouquet as a birthday gift. That's not what was delivered.

I ordered the top level for the arrangement I selected. The arrangement was small. The rose and some of the other flowers in the arrangement were wilted upon delivery Not Fresh Looking At All. FOR THE PRICE WE PAID I EXPECTED A BETTER QUALITY. YES I DID GET A SMALL DISCOUNT FROM MY AFFILIATION WITJ THE COMPANY I WORK FOR...BUT I WAS NOT PLEASE WITH THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED.

I was surprised by the service fee that made a $35 order $50. I was buying in a hurry, but it wasn't until after I made the purchase that I found out how much I paid for it. But my friend the loved the flowers and I was overall pleased with the service.

Will definitely use them again!
