Bouquets online are beautiful. I love the chocolate covered options and the upgrades at checkout. The bouquet I ordered was not available and I was not notified of the substitution until it was too late. Not at all satisfied with the ending results roses were supposed to be pink and they were white and the little flowers were pink and they were supposed to be white
The floral arrangement that I saw and ordered online showed a lot more flowers then received. I selected the largest arrangement for purchase. The arrangement that my cousin received yesterday was mostly greenery so needless to say I was disappointed.
The flowers were ordered for my sister and she was very pleased. I have not seen them. But she I was really happy with them.

The florest that filled the order was very disappointing arrangement
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
